Careers Advice & Guidance

Careers Advice and Guidance

At Rutlish we are committed to providing all students in Years 7 to 13 with high-quality, independent information, advice and guidance to assist them with their next steps in training, education or employment so they can make informed choices and are fully supported during transitions.

Rutlish is pleased to confirm that the Governors and staff are committed to gaining The Quality in Careers Standard and have incorporated this goal into the schools current development plan. Our aim is to provide an outstanding programme of careers education, information, advice and guidance activities that satisfy national requirements and provide guidance which enables us to address the career development needs of all our students.

Busy schedule? No problem! Explore our on-demand Inspirational Talks Library.

Skills Builder

Rutlish has fostered a working partnership with The Skills Builder Partnership and following an internal assessment and review process, the school has achieved a Skills Builder Bronze Award.

This significant achievement puts Rutlish in a select group of schools and colleges who have demonstrated their effectiveness in building the essential skills of their students.
