Rutlish School achieve 5 Outstanding grades
We were one of the first schools to be inspected by Ofsted this academic year. The governing body and I are really proud to announce that the report has now been published which confirms the following:
Quality of Education: Outstanding
Behaviour and Attitudes: Outstanding
Personal Development: Outstanding
Leadership and Management: Outstanding
Sixth Form Provision: Outstanding
Ofsted wrote that leaders have created a welcoming and aspirational culture and that the behaviour in the school is exemplary. Students are very well supported through strong working relationships with staff, that they receive an exceptional education and achieve very highly. Students are friendly, polite and kind and rightly proud of their school. The report described the wide range of student leadership roles on offer and that students are able to participate in many clubs that develop their interests and talents.
This achievement shows the school’s continued excellence and upholds the school vision of ‘a Place to Achieve REAL success’ where the four keywords of Respect, Aspiration, Equality and Learning are at the heart of everything we do, where every child matters.
