Our Year 12 and 13 English Literature classes enjoyed a trip to The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust. The students were given access to the reading room: an archive containing books of historical significance. This was followed by a 90-minute seminar exploring The Tempest. The students said they enjoyed the unique experience of visiting Stratford-upon-Avon, handling books from the Shakespearean era and an informative and engaging seminar with Dr Freebury-Jones.
